Frank is an eCommerce executive with over 20 years of experience of leading growing ecommerce organizations. He was the CEO of Arvato Systems North America, a Bertelsmann subsidiary that specialized in ecommerce and IT solutions by focusing on customer experience. Together with partners like hybris-SAP, his team developed cutting-edge eCommerce stores, products and programs helping clients like Levi’s, Adidas, or Nikon drive significant online revenue. Before joining Nosto, an AI-based personalization software company as Global Head of partnerships, Frank worked with private equity and venture capital firms on strategic growth initiatives of their portfolio companies. Throughout his career he built multiple successful near shoring centers in Latin America.
