When doing business together, Nearshore companies and U.S. customers enter into each other’s legal realms, with laws from the U.S. and the Nearshore country greatly influencing the relationship. Legal compliance is a critical matter for U.S. organizations, however many Latin American firms struggle with adapting to the new ‘rules of the road.’ Learn what both customers and providers need to consider as they form relationships that must conform to the letter of the law.

What to Pay Attention to in Your  Software Collaborations

But how do software heads and vendor leaders define success? What are the metrics and measurements that both business and IT leaders can agree on?
